This site is NOT friendly toward Firefox browser. I tried and got only 
Clatsop and Columbia counties instead of whole state. I do NOT like to 
use IE browser with all the inherent security risks in them. Even the 
Federal Goverment agencies were ordered to switch to Firefox because of 
that.
