The Census itself gives you the county so you can verify which location is
the correct one.

two places -

Westwood Village, in Lincoln County
Westwood Creek, in Benton County, on the Alsea Highway. This is more
likely than one in Lincoln County, just southwest of Corvallis, in the
Coast Range mountains.
