 BIOGRAPHY: ALFRED F. GRIMM Alfred Grimm was born on May 10, 1914 in Bemidji, Beltrami County, Minnesota to Frank and Pauline Grimm.He moved to Klamath Falls Oregon in 1923 with his family.Alfred, aged 28, married Gertrude Parker, aged 18, on July 4, 1942. They had four children:1. Frederick Grimm2. Donald Dean Grimm, in 19443. Douglas Grimm4. Dennis GrimmAlfred was a mill worker and a carrier driver until his retirement in 1980.He loved trains, especially steam engines. He also loved watching the progress of construction work.Alfred died on June 24, 2002, aged 88, at Klamath County, Oregon. He was buried in Mount Laki Cemetery, Lost River, Klamath County, Oregon next to his wife.--Note:My personal thanks to Jeanie Sawyer for finding this grave, and several other family burials. -Don Smith
