No, I think they lived in Fulton County, but I am curious about the name
of Carroll County, because I have a Carroll family that also came from
Illinois.  Just a curiosity......

Have to do some research.  Also if John Shaw or Nehemiah Northrup lived
in 
Carroll County I can help out even more.  I have access to probates and 
other resources for that area.
