The Dalles- Mrs. S.A. Davenport was this morning adjudged insane, and will
be taken to the asylum in the morning. She is flighty on the subject of
Christian science and it is hoped a few weeks, or at most a month's
treatment, may restore her mental balance, says the Chronicle.

Okay; did Christian Science make her flighty or was she judge insane because
she was a Christian Scientist or because she was flighty on Christian
Science?

Actually insanity was pretty broad, a several members of my family spent
varying periods of times at the Oregon home for the mentally bewildered
because of thyroid imbalance. Not always voluntarily.
