[or-roots] Powell Book

this book is available on Heritage Quest. I know some of the folks on this list have an interest in the Powell name and I would be willing to download it and send it off list if someone was interested that didn't have it.
HQ is very busy this morning, but I assume there is probably some kind of index, I could just email that part first so people wouldn't have to deal with a whole bunch of files the didn't want.
