[or-roots] Archives online databases unavailable over the weekend

Notice: All Secretary of State websites and computer systems will be inaccessible from 4pm Friday, 7/29 through 8am Monday, August 1st due to building maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.

Although the building maintenance mentioned in this notice is down at the south end of the Capitol Mall, it will mean shutting down the computer servers that all of our databases and website are served from.  We apologize for the disruption.
