The listing is compiled by the Oregon State Archives, unfortunately the records from the years you are looking for are not with the State Archives and it can be a bit more difficult to access the court records thru the Circuit Court offices as they are busy trying to conduct the current day to day activities of the office.  It is always best to call in advance and arrange to get access to the records.
