[or-roots] Volunteer Indexing on 1940 census - picking an area?

like Les said, he got lucky.
You take what you picked. You picked Oregon 1940 and the first page come
up is one you get to do.
I arbitrate Oregon 1940 as fast as I can as they come up after
completion of indexers A and B.
Oregon is at 30 percent now with Kansas at 46 and Colorado at 77.
Delaware crossed the finish line, at 100 percent.
Minnesota, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi,
Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire are below 10 percent.
