I haven't found any way to pick a specific location, I am thinking there might be a back door to that through my "group" but I haven't made contact with them yet to know for a fact. It seems to me like it would make sense for us to do our own area, for example I would know what a lot of the names really are even in a marginally legible local census page. Of course if I index a name with the correct spelling and the arbitrator decides I have read it wrong that won't help, but still. I have spent so much time fishing in so many parts of Oregon though it seems like I almost always know what I am reading. I had two on the last page tonight that were a complete mystery to me. Homer Amorvin or something like thay and Worlein or maybe Moveim or ??. I did three or four pages of K falls so far one in Hood river and one each Portland and Dixonville and 2? Roseburg.
If I figure it out I will let you know, if you have the patience you can get online help in a chat format. It asks a bunch of automated questions and then you wait for a human being. took about 15 minutes for her to show up, but I have two monitors so had than on left screen and went on working in right screen.

Les, How do you pick more specifically than Oregon? I got Klamath Falls instead of Douglas County – I did them fine but I thought I’d inquire if there was a way to choose more specifically a county and maybe area in Douglas County??? Denise
