[or-roots] common mistakes indexing 1940 census

I assumed on the Canada-English thing that I should just drop the English, it bothers me a little too to copy information that is clearly wrong, but if thems the rules we play by I guess I will play by the rules. I know the theory is we can't "know" when something is wrong, but I am pretty sure that the two females I had listed as Head and wife today were probably supposed to be a male and a female. I was suspicious of the daughter named Arthur yesterday, but that was one I clearly see the wisdom of not second guessing, people do do strange things. having a daughter and son-in-law of a couple in their late seventies followed by three  of the old couples "children" ages 2 to 5 kind seemed wrong, but I guess that one is too obvious to need to be changed. Maybe that's why we aren't allowed to pick, I am pretty sure if I had been indexing 1880 Gardiner I would have tried to slip the correct spelling of my great grand father past arbitration instead of
leaving it so badly scrambled I had to scroll the pages to find them.

1. Column 3 for Household visitation (do not use Column 2)
2. Race is spelled out, no abbreviations (White, Black, Japanese, etc)
3. fail to use Zoom plus button to verify spellings
4. R means just that.
5. Do not enter "Ab", it means absent from household
6. Do not forget middle initials. I see plenty left out.
7. Canada, when it says Canada Eng, it means Canada Eng. Do not enter England.  If it says Canada-English, it means that.
