Looks like the site went dark in 2005 - it is on the Internet archive at http://web.archive.org/web/19991115020158/http://www.ukans.edu/kansas/seneca/oregon/losttral.html

I'm glad the information is still on the archive, but would love to have it accessible to people more easily. If anyone contacts the author, perhaps the old site can be migrated to another site?
