[or-roots] Need help with broken link

I have just found a diary/journal listed on this list that is of interest  
to me.

It is the Hank Neville Hill diary, "The Lost Train". However the link does  
not seem to be working and my email to the web master at the bottom comes 
back  to me.
 
Does anyone know how to access this diary?
