Well Julie,
That might have been me. I have a hobby of pattern making and casting of
Brass, Bronze, Aluminum, etc. I floated the idea around several years ago
about casting a marker that would fit over the end of a 4 inch pvc pipe.
The plaque would set at an angle of 45 degrees relative to the pipe.
Nobody seemed interested, and now I live too far away from the ones of my
family I was going to set them on.
I still have the ability and tools to make them.
