[or-roots] 1940 census

I didn't find access to the census on the link posted earlier, but here is an Oregon search link. One of my friends here in Reedsport is Cyrus Hedden's grand daughter and she is apparently not in the census. To the best of her knowledge she has never been in one. They contacted the enumerators last time around, but were never sent the forms or contacted by the local person responsible.
