[or-roots] 1940 census

Okay I give up;

www.familysearch.org In the upper right corner is a 1940 logo’ish thing with writing underneath. Clicking on the logo will bring up a map, click on the red, white and blue map.It will divide into state.
I had to go elsewhere to access the link I posted last night, If I click on the above link I get a page that the only thing in the upper right hand corner showing is "help" and "Sign in"  I went back to the other link to see if that was what was meant and nope, in fact the nice map at the other page is not linked the way the one I used to get to the link I posted last night was. 
Is that just me? I am really curious because I seem to have a knack for not getting to the same place everyone else does from the same link they use. Skill I guess.
