[or-roots] Census whining more

Okay this gets weirder and weirder, when I "replied" to Barbara's earlier post I went through all the parts of the email as it was in my Yahoo inbox looking for what 1920 had to do with my post. Then I answered with the earlier thing.

When that reply came to my inbox and I saw Bill & Chris response I double checked for the 1920 part and it still wasn't there, but Pat's lengthy reply was and when I had originally looked at the email before replying to it I would swear it was NOT there. 

Might be CRS though since i are slightly under the alfulence of incohol.
