Layne, I did read most of the bill. Is there to be a change in the 50 year access to death records at the State Archives? I didn't come away after reading it thinking this would be changed.

OR-Rooters,
I thought the list might be interested in HB2093 that is proposing changes in access to vital records in Oregon.

This bill has been assigned to the House Committee on Health Care. Chair of the Committee is Rep. Mitch Greenlick.
Committee agendas can be found at http://www.leg.state.or.us/13reg/agenda/webagendas.htm
Regards,
Layne Sawyer
