[or-roots] legislative bill of interest to Family researchers

It Appears to me to be establishing another level of goverment that will 

cost taxpayer's higher taxes to support, most of this bill is covered in 

other statues and another waste of taxpayer money by our legislature.

Layne, I did read most of the bill.  Is there to be a change in the 50 year access to death records at the State Archives?  I didn't come away after reading it thinking this would be changed.
