 infranview is free.
Its a good photo pluss prg.
U can shink photos with it.
  If you feel challenged, I have 2 suggestions or three.
One - you can send me the picture and what size u want it back.
two - we could wake up a group I started long time ago thats in limbo called * fun with computers *
three - even a 3 meg picture in the data of a website can be posted on a site using pixle display, so if you have a larger picture and want to share it as the larger size, you can upload it to the web site picture folder and link to it with the pixle display one can see a sample on my website, where it says click for larger view - if requested I will link the page if questioned for the sample.
