My name is David Weaver.  I have searched for my birth family for years as I was adopted at birth. Then about 3 years ago through Ancestry.com DNA I connected with a sister, so very exciting! Today I have close to 1000 family members in my tree. This includes both my father's and mother's families. My Father's name is Donald Eugene Crowe and my mother's name is Jeanne Fisk. As far as I know they never married. Two sisters one from each family have confirmed my relationship. I currently live in Oregon and belong to a local genealogy group. I recently learned that two of my ancestor families  came to Oregon on the southern trail. Following is the information I have discovered. My Grandfather: Marion Douglas Crowe B:1861>Lane, Oregon >1880 Milton, Umatilla, Oregon >1900 Long Beach, Los Angeles, California, 1910>Santa Paula, Ventura, California >1920 D:1921 Long Beach, Los Angeles, California.
