Metrics: Measuring Your Impact and Progress in Social Media
How do you track your organization’s progress in social media marketing? One of the most important tasks in marketing is determining if you’re getting your money’s worth. Are your efforts paying off? This is especially true in social media where the benefits may not be easily apparent. How can you know if you’re doing the right things: metrics, likes, re-tweets, shares, etc. We’ll help you judge.

Join us on May 1 to hear local experts, Tim Patterson and Roger Pike, present about “Metrics: Measuring Your Impact and Progress in Social Media.”

Tim Patterson: Tim got into broadcasting at age 19, and spent more than 25 years behind the microphone. In 2011, after 10 years in the exhibit industry, he started Communication One Exhibits and provides exhibit hardware, booths and marketing consultation to small-to-mid-size companies who desire to improve their results with tradeshow marketing.

Roger Pike: Roger is an award-winning inspirational/motivational speaker who worked for more than a decade as a journalist. Roger has conducted research and analysis on social media for a number of organizations including a Fortune 500 company. Currently, he’s working with his partner, Tim Patterson, to maximize the business value of social media and tradeshow marketing.
