Call for Presentations


The 35th Annual Oregon Epidemiologists' Meeting (OR Epi 2018) will bring together public health professionals to exchange information on current disease issues and trends. Those working in epidemiology, environmental health, tribal health, emergency preparedness, clinical public health and public health administration are invited to present on innovative research, lessons learned, successful practices, tools and resources.

OR Epi 2018 will have the following tracks:

  *   Communicable Disease (non-foodborne diseases, vaccine preventable)
  *   HIV/STD/TB (human immunodeficiency virus, sexually transmitted diseases, tuberculosis)
  *   One Health (environmental health, foodborne, waterborne, vector borne, zoonotic diseases, HAI)
  *   Outbreaks and system-wide surge response (communicable diseases and emerging public health events)

To compose a balanced agenda, all submissions will be reviewed according to the following criteria:

  *   Relevance to OR Epi attendees
  *   Clearly defined learning objectives
  *   Description of presentation
  *   Level of interactivity with the audience


You may make multiple submissions should you have more than one presentation proposal.


The Call for Presentations Form is due: Tuesday, December 5, 2017
