Good Morning Brady

I would love to get the imagery on my server. What would be the best way to do that?

Thank you ever so much. - Austin

Subject: [Imagery] Oregon 2024 Statewide Imagery

Hi all,

I wanted to provide a short update on the Oregon Statewide Imagery Program (OSIP) 2024 project.

As you know the State of Oregon through the Geospatial Enterprise Operations (GEO) contracted with Surdex to provide new 1ft 4-band (RGB-NiR) orthophotography of the entire state. Imagery acquisition wrapped up last week (yay!) and the contractor has already prepped several blocks of data for QA/QC. This year we are intending to hire a third party vendor to perform the review work as opposed to requesting volunteers. We're hopeful that an agreement will be signed for that contract in the next couple weeks.

The QA/QC process will take several weeks once the preliminary imagery is delivered and Surdex will then need time to repair any issues that need to be addressed. We will not be sharing the preliminary imagery with the community.

We anticipate final data delivery around the beginning of January 2025. It will take some amount of time to inventory and move the data onto GEO's servers for hosting, but the 2024 imagery added to the available OSIP Web services catalog.

We'll share more details and timing as it becomes available.

Best,

Brady
