Below are the Department of Administrative Services, Change Advisory Board (CAB) November release items approved on Thursday November 14, 2024.
These items will be implemented in Workday by November 20, 2024.


  *   112 - Create Retro earning codes that do not impact FLSA calculations

  *   228 - DEQ - weekly straight time for exempt employee

  *   318 - SEIU- correct AST and inclement weather is used in the same week

  *   401 - Immediate use of sick leave for retiree temps upon rehire

  *   506 - Vacation Leave Payout Request - New Process
     *   Note: See separate OSPS e-News for more information on this item (Target send date Nov. 27, 2024)

  *   590 - SEIU exempt employees eligible for Standby compensated Straight Time

  *   645 - Job Application bp for Direct Appointments routes the Pre-Employment Check task to the Manager instead of the HR Partner

  *   700 - Give Absence Partners Access to view Timesheet Information

  *   706 - Summarize ODOT earning codes paid in retro

  *   711 - Personal Business upper limit, update to accrual calculation

  *   716 - Require a comment when correcting a time off request
     *   Note: A comment will be required by the employee for the November open pay period and going forward when making corrections to time off requests.

  *   727 - Travel Information Council update FLSA work week

  *   734 - Update Agency Onboarding and Policy Review

  *   743 - Update to PERS calculations Seasonal employees
     *   Note: See attached communication

  *   745 - Update to PERS calculations for employee transfers
     *   Note: See attached communication

  *   753 - Learning Paths: Update Spotlight Card and Enable Sharing Feature

  *   755 - AFSCME OSP FLSA period update to Sunday-Saturday

  *   762 - New "Pre-retro" Earning for Per Diem - Military Firefighters

  *   766 - Add Country to 8 Time Off Plans

  *   769 - SEIU issues deduction for seasonal employees

  *   771 - Update Mass Transit Tax Deduction - Semi Independent Agencies

  *   784 - Time Off | Requests | Military Leave In Days

  *   785 - Update FLSA calendars and period schedule for 2025
