OSPS News ~ OSC evaluating impact of Workday Settlement to PEBB Arrears

Good afternoon, Payroll Partners,

On Friday July 11 at 8:30 am, there was a statewide email sent out with the subject of Workday Class Action Communication. The Office of the State Controller is currently evaluating the impact of the settlement on amounts owed related to PEBB and engaging with DAS leadership on applying the requirements. As a result, OSPS has not processed any submitted cases that involve employee premiums associated with prior months. The team is currently only processing adjustments to PEBB benefits on a go forward basis. As next steps are decided upon, we will update this group.
