Greetings,

Reviewing, approving or denying employee time, leave requests and other personnel actions within Workday must be done in a timely manner and before payroll cutoff.  When managers will not be available to complete the necessary actions they must delegate their authority to someone else.

With the implementation of the new "Time Off" app that went live in Workday June 2, 2025, managers will need to update their delegations. The message attached from the Workday team provides information to help you when assisting managers in setting up their delegations in the new Time Off App.
