Good morning,
This is an update regarding issues with the Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) and Voya system that tracks OSGP participant accounts and contributions. Below is the most recent issue impacting some employees for their May wages paid on May 30, 2025.
What happened?
* OSGP/VOYA determined the following:
* 53 participants had contribution errors and most made changes to their contributions where the change was not ended. This resulted in duplicate deductions for May 30, 2025, pay.
How is this being resolved?
* DAS made an update to the 53 participants in a test region and provided the results back to OSGP/VOYA for approval.
* Once the data comparison is reviewed and approved by OSGP, DAS will update the benefits for the 53 participants' contributions and add negative pay inputs to reimburse employees prior to May run 2 (June 9, 2025.)
* A file of impacted agency employees is available in Workday Drive:
* Payroll Resources>Communications> OSGP May 2025 Contribution Refund
* Impacted employees on this list have already received communication on this issue from OSGP.
* The list is intended to provide Payroll Partners with awareness for any questions from impacted employees. No action is needed by agency payroll partners for this issue.

What should payroll partners be doing?
1. If a refund has already been issued or requested on the daily checks spreadsheet:
* No action is needed - DAS will not duplicate this refund
2. If a refund has not already been issued or requested, no action should be taken until DAS Workday Admin loads the refunds and election changes:
* A follow up communication to payroll partners will be sent when refunds are loaded.
3. Once you are notified that refunds are loaded:
* Complete any off-cycle payment requests from employees - please note "OSGP Refund" on the daily check spreadsheet
* For Employees that did not request an off-cycle payment the refund will post on the July 1 pay date.
4. If an employee is not on the list and has notified you of a contribution error, reach out to OSGP for direction:
* If a refund is needed, make a pay input entry
* If an election needs to be updated, create a case with proof from OSGP of what is displaying in VOYA
If you have any employees that have notified you of an inaccurate OSGP deduction for May (paid May 30, 2025) or you are unsure of the enrollment information for an employee, please contact OSGP customer service. OSGP participants can contact OSGP/Voya financial representative at 800-365-8494 for assistance.
