Colleagues,
The Workday Oregon website<https://www.oregon.gov/das/workday/Pages/default.aspx> has been updated to remove outdated content, enhance navigation and improve accessibility. We collaborated with content owners to create a comprehensive redesign. A demo of the updated website will be provided at the Feb. 4, 2026, Workday Wednesday meeting.
Here are some features that we want to share with you:
* Enhanced look and feel: A streamlined view for easier interaction and improved usability. Find what you need, faster.
* Consolidated pages: Simplified structure to help get to where you need to be, quicker.
* Enhanced and new navigation: New left navigation in pages for quick access to key content. Find what you need no matter what page you are on in the new Workday Oregon website.
* Search, sort, and filter: Agency help contact lists are easier to navigate. Now users can search, sort and filter for the content they are looking for.
* Accessibility updates: Optimized for all users, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards. Converting job aid PDFs to Help Articles in Workday and converting specific help job aids to plain text.
* Redirects: If you type in an old link, the site will 'redirect' you to the new page, so you end up in the right place. We identified and created redirects for all legacy pages. If it's a page that you previously had linked in your content, it will take you to our new environment. If your redirect isn't working, please try clearing your browser cookies or updating your cache before retrying or submitting a case.
* Better overall experience: More responsive design across pages, consistent look and feel, and direct access to the Workday Help Center in help pages.
* Workday Help Center: Legacy resource pages will link to the Workday Help Center that has a categorized list of Help Articles by topic area such as General Navigation, Learning & Development, Payroll, Recruitment, Time Off, etc. If you want to learn more about the Workday Help Center, please view the Tools and Navigation Help Article<https://wd5.myworkday.com/oregon/email-universal/inst/25755$1566/rel-task/2998$40834.htmld>.
We invite you to explore the updated site structure and experience these updates firsthand. If you have any questions, experience any broken links, or have feedback, please submit a Workday help case.

Thank you,
