Good afternoon,

This message is to inform you that the electronic 2025 W-2s will become visible to elevated roles on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, however these are not finalized. This is part of the process for generating data files that are sent to DAS Publishing and Distribution.

Please do NOT view or print these 2025 W-2 documents as they are not finalized or ready for publishing. Notice will be sent to payroll and HR partners when W-2s are available. A Workday announcement will also be published to inform all employees that their electronic 2025 W-2 is available.

While Payroll Partners can see this document for other employees, employees will NOT see their 2025 W-2 document until DAS has finalized and officially published W-2s for employees to see in Workday.

Please be aware, as of Jan. 9, 2026, employees now have access to the overtime report found in Benefits and Pay hub. There is a Workday announcement posted and a new help article linked below to assist employees with the overtime report:

Payroll partners have access to the YTD Overtime Report resources available in Workday Drive:
