For the December 2025 pay period, Kaiser Traditional Dental premiums and the imputed values were incorrect. The Workday Oregon team will correct the Kaiser Traditional Dental premiums and imputed values. The correction that Workday Admin is working on to resolve this issue is in process and is anticipated to be uploaded prior to January run 1 payroll processing.

What you need to know
Approximately 6,000 employees are enrolled in the Kaiser Traditional Dental benefit plan. These employees will see a correction for the December pay period on their Jan. 30, 2026, payslip.

A list of employees that had deductions is under review. Rates are being updated, and a correction will display in pay results prior to Jan run 1. The adjustments to employee payslips will be less than $1.00.

What you need to do
This communication is informative and no action is needed. Please do NOT make pay input entries to correct these premiums. The file loaded by Workday Admin will make the corrections needed and any additional actions will cause further errors.
