Greetings,

The State Board of Towing is hosting a public Board Meeting to conduct Board business on October 1, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

There are a small number of in-person public seating spots available; RSVP for in-person attendance is required.

Notice of Public Comment/Testimony Period on Proposed Public Policy:
The Board will review, discuss, and take public comment on the attached public policy administering ORS 822.200 - operating an illegal tow business during the board meeting.
Members of the public and the towing industry may submit comments or testimony during the time allocated at the meeting OR

May submit written public testimony, statements, or concerns as provided on the attached Notice and Agenda.

Notice of Adopted Public Policy:

  *   The Board adopted the attached Public Policy on Private Public Impounds during the public meeting on July 23, 2024.
  *   The public policy will be applied as the Board reviews complaints and violation allegations; the Board will review the policy for effectiveness in Spring 2025 in meetings and work sessions open to the public for comment and testimony.
