Attached are two different documents announcing the creation of the Oregon Commission on Autism and identifying how to apply. Also attached is the interest form to be filled out and returned to the governor's office. Please share with whomever you feel would be appropriate. We understand that many school staff will be asked to participate on various work groups that will be formed from this commission.  The applications must be sent directly to the governor's office.  Thank you.
