RE: 2016 - 2017 Procedural Safeguard Booklets Available


The 2016-2017 Procedural Safeguards have been reviewed and posted to the Oregon Department of Education Website with no changes from the July 2015 version.  The booklets are available in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Please inform all relevant staff that Districts are responsible for the printing and storing of all Procedural Safeguard booklets. Booklets are located at the following sites:
