RE:  Special Education Report Card Timeline

*       March 13 - March 17:  District Preview of the 2015-16 EI/ECSE and School Age Special Education Report Cards
Starting March 13th at 1:00 pm, drafts of the 2015-16 Special Education Report Cards will be posted in Achievement Data Insight (ADI) on the secure district site for your preview: https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/.
ODE expects each EI/ECSE program and school district to proof its report card. Should you have questions or concerns regarding the data, the program or district will provide details of the correction(s) being requested through the Ask a Question option in ADI or to Bruce.Sheppard at state.or.us<mailto:Bruce.Sheppard at state.or.us> or (503) 947-5612.  However, please be advised that ODE will not change any data that have been submitted and previously validated by the program or district. *       April 5:  Final Special Education Report Cards Available to Districts
Final pdf versions of the 2015-16 Special Education Report Cards will be available to programs and districts in Achievement Data Insight on the secure district site:  https://district.ode.state.or.us/apps/login/.  No changes will be made on or after this date.

All program and district report cards will be available to the public on the ODE website: http://www.ode.state.or.us/search/page/?=1831.  In addition, this website will also house the 2015-16 Technical Manual. ODE will issue a press release about the Special Education Report Cards and the Special Education Child Count.
