The review window for June Special Education Exit, Special Education Child Find (Indicator 11), and Discipline Incidents period is now open until September 17, 2018. If you are not responsible for discipline data at your district, please forward this message to the appropriate staff.
A few reminders:
* All agencies must review and complete audits in Consolidated Collections. If you do not clear audits or fix errors, you will be considered inaccurate.
* Review audits by hovering over the Student Collections menu, then June Special Education Exit Review Window, then Error Management, and then Review Audits. The process is the same for Special Ed Child Find (Indicator 11) and Discipline Incidents.
* After correcting your audits (if any), confirm by checking the box, and then clicking the Confirm button.
* In addition, after audits are corrected, be sure to check for and correct any errors under the Review Errors tab.
* All agencies must verify their submission from the Status Tracking tab. Make sure the School Year near the top of the Status Tracking page indicates 2017-2018.
o Verify your submission by clicking on the small triangle bullet located to the left of the collection name.
o June Exit and Child Find: approve each report. A green check mark appears next to each report once it has been approved. Make sure there are no audits before approving the reports.
o Discipline Incidents: click the Verify Submission Button.
o You will know you have verified your submission if the submitter's name is listed in the name column next to the collection.
* Only the June Special Education Exit Review will have a Final Submission Form, which must be signed and returned by October 8, 2018, via email to mary.aichlmayr at state.or.us or by mail to:
Oregon Department of Education
Atten: Mary Aichlmayr

We appreciate your efforts to report valid data. Please do not forget to complete the final verification steps, otherwise your submission is not complete.
