Subject: Consolidated Plan Update

Dear Special Education Directors:

This year, instead of using the SPR&I online system, districts will submit their Consolidated Plans as a Word document to their County Contact by June 15th, 2018.

As in the past, districts will write to Indicators flagged in the SPR&I dashboard; specifically, developing goal(s) and activity(-ies) or policy revision(s) and/or noting progress in these areas from the previous year's plan. Plans will be scored and results posted in the SPR&I dashboard by August 1, 2018.

To support district teams with this effort, a webinar on the 2017-18 SPR&I Consolidated Plan will be provided on February 8, 2018 from 10am-11:30am.  Information you and your staff will need to connect to this webinar is included below. (Note: ODE intends to post the recorded webinar for those who are unable to join us.)
