RE: 2018 - 2019 Procedural Safeguards Available


The 2018-2019 Procedural Safeguards have been reviewed and posted to the new Oregon Department of Education website with relevant changes from the 2017-2018 versions. Do not distribute any previous versions. The Safeguards are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Please inform relevant staff that Districts are responsible for the printing and storing of all Procedural Safeguards. The Safeguards are located at the following site:
