[SE-Dir] Third Allocation of Part B IDEA Funds

The third allocation of Part B IDEA funds will be available by Monday, May 7th, 2018 for access.  Currently  the funds are being uploaded into the EGMS system with batching to occur on Friday. May 4th.

The excel spreadsheet (2017-2018 IDEA Flow Through Estimates) on our ODE website (http://www.oregon.gov/ode/schools-and-districts/Pages/Special-Education-Funding---Reports.asp) will be updated by Friday, as well.
