RE:  REQUEST FOR GRANT PROPOSALS (RFGP) #4694
Youth Transition Program Services 2019-2021

Please be advised that the above referenced RFGP has been released. If you are receiving this
notice it is because it has been determined that you may have an interest in providing the services
described in the RFGP.

The services sought by this RFGP are for participation in the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Youth
Transition Program (YTP). The YTP is a partnership that facilitates the provision of a comprehensive
array of Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and Core YTP Services that prepare high
school Students with Disabilities for employment or career-related post-secondary education or
training.

The RFGP documents can be viewed and downloaded from the Oregon Procurement Information
Network (ORPIN) at the following website:
http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome
You must express interest in the solicitation before being able to download the required
documents. If you have trouble downloading the RFGP, please contact the ORPIN Help Desk at
503-373-1774 or info.orpin at oregon.gov for assistance. The RFGP document will provide all
the instructions necessary to provide a proposal in response to the RFGP.

April Barrett will be your sole point of contact for any questions, comments, and concerns you have in
regard to the solicitation documents and process. She can be reached at the contact information
below. Any proposer or potential proposer who makes any contact regarding this RFGP with
any other State representatives such as State employees or officials other than April or those she authorizes will be subject to potential proposal rejection.
