Are you interested in joining the PHE Unwinding Community and Partner Engagement Forum? The purpose of the meeting is to hear about what partners and constituents are experiencing and their needs, and obtain actionable feedback about our plans and materials - all of this informs improvements to our PHE Unwinding efforts. In other words, our intent is to bring and solicit topics that we can act on or change based on partners' input and requests.

The topics change each month, and this month's topics are largely focused on the beginning of Medicaid renewals, but there is always an open forum for partners to ask or request anything related to the PHE unwinding. The main items on the April 25th agenda are:

  *   Review and discussion of the Guide to ONE System Notices
  *   Discussion about what partners need as post-pandemic Medicaid renewals begin
  *   Open forum for partners to share feedback, questions, experiences and requests

  *   Tracking the state's progress in determining eligibility for medical program applicants and renewing coverage for members.
  *   Monitoring the experience for people calling the ONE Customer Service Center to apply for or ask for help with medical, food, cash and child care benefits.
The ONE Customer Service Center dashboard includes data on call volume and wait times, and customer service survey scores. It is updated daily.
