[Self-sufficiencypartners] Partner update on SNAP replacement

The SNAP replacement benefit program for skimmed benefits officially goes live today, May 22. ODHS will be updating the website<https://www.oregon.gov/dhs/assistance/food-benefits/pages/replacement%20-benefits.aspx> this morning with more details shortly. The attached PDFs will be linked when the website is updated. These info sheets can be used by partners both as talking points and as a resource to share with clients.
