Good Afternoon Partners!
There are a few communication requests that have come across my desk today that I'd like to share. These include opportunities to attend informational webinars to learn more. Please see below for more information.

The ODHS website is getting an upgrade! Join us to learn more on June 6.

The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is excited to announce that we're launching a redesigned public website on the evening of June 27, 2023. Please join us for an information session for ODHS partners and community on Tuesday, June 6, from 1-2 p.m. on Zoom<https://www.zoomgov.com/meeting/register/vJIscOirqjkvHhT1uiM6cKjxofnNUNLVMho>.

During the redesign process, we've heard from thousands of Oregonians, partners and staff through surveys and user testing. The new ODHS website will be more inclusive, mobile-friendly and designed around user needs. This project only affects our public website at Oregon.gov/DHS. It does not impact the ONE applicant portal. Website links for Oregon.gov/dhs will change when we launch the new site.

Join other ODHS partners at an informational session to learn more and get a preview on Tuesday, June 6, from 1-2 p.m. on Zoom<https://www.zoomgov.com/meeting/register/vJIscOirqjkvHhT1uiM6cKjxofnNUNLVMho>. American Sign Language and live transcription will be available. ODHS welcomes all participants. If you have any questions about accommodations or need any assistance to participate please call or email by Tuesday, May 31: Sunny Petit at sunny.petit at odhs.oregon.gov<mailto:sunny.petit at odhs.oregon.gov> or 503-716-2871 (voice/text). All relay calls are accepted.

We will be providing more information about these changes over the next few weeks, as well as an upcoming Spanish-language information session and a Frequently Asked Questions document in multiple languages. In the meantime, we want to share these resources:

Keep Covered campaign overview

Join us for an overview of Keep Covered, a campaign to support people with Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and other Medicaid during redeterminations

During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the federal government extended coverage for Oregon Health Plan (OHP), including services and supports for people with disabilities and older adults, and paused annual redeterminations. Now, renewals are starting up again, and we expect a historic number of people living in Oregon will be affected.

A campaign called Keep Covered has started. Keep Covered will advance health equity by ensuring as many individuals and families as possible keep their benefits or get connected to alternative supports.

Partners, Coordinated Care Organizations, providers, insurers, and more are invited to register for a webinar to learn more about the Keep Covered campaign. Topics will include:
* Overview of the Keep Covered campaign
* Information on ordering free materials for your organization
*        Questions and answers
