Summer EBT applications close soon!

Since Oregon started the Summer EBT program on June 28, 2024, over 329,000 children have received benefits. Summer EBT gives families $120 for each eligible child to buy healthy food during the summer when school is out. Families get this money on an Oregon EBT card.

A big thank you to our community partners across Oregon for spreading the word about Summer EBT. With your help, more families can apply for and receive this benefit.

Below, you'll find some easy ways to share information about Summer EBT with others. We appreciate your help in reaching as many Oregon families as possible before the application deadline on September 2, 2024.

  *   Spread the Word: Visit the Resources for Partners<https://www.oregon.gov/odhs/providers-partners/self-sufficiency/Pages/sebt.aspx> webpage. There, you'll find flyers, applications, and social media toolkits to help share Summer EBT information.
  *   Use Flyers: Share flyers at community events this summer. They are available in 10 languages. You can also customize a flyer using the resources on the webpage<https://www.oregon.gov/odhs/providers-partners/self-sufficiency/Pages/sebt.aspx>.
  *   Share These Key Points:
     *   The last day for families to apply for Summer EBT is Sept. 2, 2024. Even if a family applies on that day, they might still get the $120 for each eligible child. Families can check to see if they are eligible and apply online at sebt.oregon.gov<https://www.oregon.gov/odhs/food/Pages/sebt.aspx>.
     *   Remember to use your Summer EBT benefits! Any unused benefits will expire after 122 days.
     *   If you have questions about eligibility, call the Summer EBT Call Center at 1-833-673-7328.
Summer EBT benefit replacement

Families participating in the new Summer EBT program for school-aged children can also request replacement benefits. There is no deadline for requesting replacement Summer EBT benefits.

To request replacement Summer EBT benefits, call the Summer EBT Call Center at 1-833-673-7328. The Call Center is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. If your household receives both SNAP and Summer EBT food benefits, the Call Center can help you with replacement requests for both at the same time.

Summer EBT benefits lost through electronic benefit theft or fraud can't be replaced.
