Greetings CTS & Travelcard Coordinators,

U.S. Bank has announced that their Client Service team will not accept email communication effective 10/31/2025. Refer to the message from U.S. Bank, which is included at the end of this message.  All CTS and Travelcard Coordinators (program administrators) will need to use a secure messaging portal within U.S. Bank Access Online. It is currently available (refer to attached instructions). If you cannot access this, please let us know. Your security role may need to be upgraded.

U.S. Bank sent the following calendar invite (attached) for their Access Online secure messaging portal training on Oct. 14, 2025, at 11 a.m. This training is intended for CTS and Travelcard Coordinators.  Office of the State Controller does not recommend that Travel card users and their managers attend this training.

Please download the *.ics file to your drive before opening the file.

As of October 31, your Client Services team will no longer accept messages via email.

  1.  From the U.S. Bank Access(r) Online homepage, click Need Help?
  2.  Choose Message client services.
  3.  You can initiate a secure message from the portal homepage.
