[Travel-Link] Contact Hertz RE New CDP Codes for Vehicle Rentals

Greetings Travel Coordinators,

Hertz has updated their system and recently assigned a Corporate Discount Program (CDP) code to each State of Oregon agency.

Currently, there is one CDP code for all state agencies to use when reserving vehicles.  The generic code will still work however the goal is to have all agencies and their travelers using the agency specific CDP codes on a regular basis by January 1, 2015.

To obtain your agency specific CDP code contact Carole Weir, Hertz.  She will also answer questions about use of the code and setting up a Direct Billing account if your agency is interested.

Once you have obtained your agency code, please distribute as appropriate to your agency policy and procedures.

Note: Enterprise/National already has a CDP code in place for state agencies.  If, by chance, your agency is not using the Enterprise agency specific CDP code when reserving vehicles contact Clint Fulcher to obtain it.
