Subject:  IMPORTANT MESSAGE regarding the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract

This is a follow up to our previous notifications (sent 12/31/2015, 1/7/2016, & 1/14/2016) of a change to the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract.

As stated before, the Azumano Travel Services Price Agreement #5126 will expire on January 31, 2016. The State of Oregon will transition to NASPO Value Point's Master Services Contract #2579 with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) on February 1, 2016.

As mentioned in the previous message, DAS Procurement Services is offering a free informational webinar to state agencies and ORCPP members.

Please note: This webinar can only host 100 attendees and its first come first serve. If you are not able to join for any reason, a recording of the webinar will be provided shortly after the webinar's conclusion. This will be posted on the DAS Procurement Services Travel Page.

This webinar is intended to:

*        Introduce the staff at DAS that will assist in the transition to CTM;

*        Provide the ORCPP team an opportunity to briefly talk about the ORCPP side of this transition;

*        Introduce our new Travel Management Contractor, Tony Fuerte with CTM;

*        Tony will provide further detail about the transition, including the set-up process, payment process, and the booking tool. He will also go over the benefits of using the travel management contract.
