[Utilities_fit] Existing and Potential Utilities Data

Hello FIT members,

I have made a comprehensive list of all the known existing utilities data, based on information gleaned from our last two meetings, and exploration of the data sources mentioned. I just thought it would be useful to know what's currently out there as a reference for what might be feasible going forward. I am happy to accept additions and edits, if people have other information.

Also, I took a stab at creating a proposed list of utilities framework data elements, based on the business uses survey results, FIT meeting discussions, feasibility/existing data, and other info. This is a starting point, and open for discussion.
