[Utilities_fit] October 27th Utilities FIT Meeting Minutes

Hello Utilities Team,

Attached are the minutes from last week's meeting. Big thanks to everyone who was able to attend.

It was mentioned at the meeting that the attending group seemed small to be working on such large (statewide) data discussions and decisions. I wholeheartedly agree, but I don't know how to reach more people. I've sent multiple emails out to all the listservs I'm aware of, and that has recruited some new members. I am open to ANY ideas about how to expand team membership, and increase participation from existing members. I realize everyone is busy and time can be limited for projects like this that are outside of your normal work tasks, but I would love for this to be a more collaborative process with a wider involvement from potential data custodians and data stakeholders.
