[Health_Education_Promotion] Community Health Worker Survey

Attention Community Health Workers!
We need to hear from you; please take a moment to complete the survey monkey link below.

The Non-Traditional Health Worker Subcommittee of the OHPB Workforce Committee is surveying Community Health Workers and other peer health providers in an effort to understand the current scope of practice and education and training for these health workers in Oregon. Input from Community Health Workers and others is important for us as we determine the roles, education/training and supervision, as required by recent legislation. We are hoping that you can help us by sharing the survey with your colleagues.

Please send this to your CHW Network as soon as possible. In order for us to provide some data analysis by the next meeting, we have set a deadline of Friday, October 21st.

The survey will also be available in Spanish hopefully no later than Wednesday. We will send a link and printable version as soon as possible.
